Catching Up with Amelia Boone

She's one of OCR's original gangstas (OG) turned ultrarunning sweetheart. Amelia Boone has also inspired countless fans with her openness about personal struggles. That's why we enjoyed hearing an update from Amelia on a recent episode of the Ginger Runner Live. 

In this episode of GRL, Amelia talks about why she left the Bay Area for Colorado and what it has been like easing out of OCR to move more and more into ultrarunning. 

Amelia also recaps Run Rabbit Run and the value of running angry (like when your crew falls asleep). Perhaps the best news is that she will, in fact, be at World's Toughest Mudder. So, we're glad Amelia isn't completely done with OCR yet.
