Growing up as a gymnast, sports have always played an important part in Rea’s life. After moving to United States in 2010, she found new passion on trails, slowly building her long distance running legs. In 2016 she discovered OCR, which perfectly blended her childhood obsession with current passion, and she hasn’t looked back since. In 2017 she completed her masters degree at Stanford and moved to Boulder, Colorado, where she is pursuing her athletic career full time.

 


Significant OCR Accomplishments

  • 2017 & 2018 World’s Toughest Mudder Champion
  • Undefeated at Endurance OCR longer than 8 hours
  • 2 First Place finishes in the Spartan US National Series events

 


Fun Facts

  • Favorite kind of running is uphill
  • Eats more than her husband
  • Holds degrees in Physics, Astrophysics, and Materials Science & Engineering (self-confessed nerd)
